We offer everything for a pleasant stay: A modern bathroom with bathtub, a large double bed, a big wardrobe and a kitchenette with fridge, ceramic hob and all crockery for the perfect dinner. Of course there are a kettle and coffee machine, a small working and a dining table in the room - just like it has to be in a cozy apartment. We will also receive your post for you.

Centrally located in a quiet residential area of Munich-Laim

We are perfectly connected to the public transport. The tramline is about five minutes, the S-Bahn station Laim 10 minutes and the U5 station Laimer Platz about 15 minutes walking away. So you are within a few minutes in the city center of Munich. Whether you like to reach the fair grounds or the airport FJS in Munich, let us organize it for you. The price is about 60€ each way.

Breakfast, cocktails, beer garden and cinema

Everything you need for a homelike feeling is around the corner. The popular rustic-modern pub "Laimers" offers a rich breakfast from 10 am to 3 pm. You can also have lunch, dinner or delicious cocktails in the night there. From spring until autumn you can also enjoy the nice beer garden atmosphere there. The surrounding shops here offer everything you need for everyday life: A barber, backery, butcher and a pharmacy as well as several supermarkets and restaurants.

We offer parking spaces in our own basement garage. The Sunny Side Apartments have a lift which is acoustically decoupled in the center building. Of course we have also an elevator, that reaches every floor.
