No. Our apartments are available for the desired period of time and may also be rented for only one night.
No, you don't. You book your apartment like a hotel room. For a binding booking confirmation we need either a deposit of 40% of the total price or your credit card details.
At short-term stays: The amount for the entire period must be paid in advance or at arrival. At long-term stays: The amount for the next month must be paid in advance. We accept Amex, MasterCard, Visa, EC / Maestro. The cost absorptions by companies is possible.
Due to the above payment terms: No.
You can move into youre apartment from 11 am. On the day of departure you have to leave the apartment until 10 am. If you need the apartment longer than this, you'll book a later departure time (not later than 1 pm).
We have a wheelchair accesible apartment on the ground floor. A disabled parking space is available, too.

The apartment will be cleaned once per week. Bed linen and towels are also changed weekly.
We are a non smoking apartment hotel, but of course we provide ashtrays on your blacony or terrace.
Boarding houses are usually located in urban areas and are used by vacationers and business travelers as well as by people that need a apartment for long terms because of all kinds of reasons. There are often hotel-like services and additional services such as catering and room service. The furnishings of the rooms includes a more or less complete equipped kitchen.
